The team

Deloitte's Talent Marketing & Communications team is focused on Deloitte's talent positioning internally and externally and is aligned with Deloitte's Talent priorities including Recruiting; Talent Brand; Rewards, Recognition, and Well-being; Learning & Development; Deloitte University; Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion; Alumni; Life@Deloitte, PPMD Talent; and Awards. The role

What you'll do:

  • Operational support - Own and execute centralized marketing & comms operations activities such as team collaboration tools, onboarding resourcing, invoice processing, risk approvals and management, etc. to drive efficiencies; Assist with ongoing operational and insights activities across the organization including capacity/SOW management, budget tracking, KPI reports, dashboard management, etc.

  • Campaign activation - liaising with internal and/or external agency to execute against market strategy and messaging through high-impact marketing campaigns that use new and innovative techniques such as lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketing

  • Stakeholder presentations - help build strategy and impact presentations that tell our team story in a compelling, visual way

  • Content development - including copy creation, editing and review/approval for activations such as website, social copy, client stories and other marketing materials that support the strategic marketing plan

  • Data and analytics - developing data-driven reports that tell a compelling story against defined KPIs, while articulating clearly defined and actionable recommendations against results

  • Stakeholder & agency collaboration and management - working across multiple teams including the business leaders, marketing, internal and external communications, and Deloitte's in-house Green Dot Agency


  • 5+ years of related experience in marketing and operations management.

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results.

  • Strong experience and comfort in using social channels to amplify eminence and brand.

  • Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects.

  • Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter experts to business owners), with ability to present complex information in easily understandable format and tailored to the audience.

  • Strong writing and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability.

  • Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative.

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting and/or professional services a plus.

  • Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related business field.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
