The Experience Management team at Deloitte Digital gives companies the ability to build and leverage digital connections - between people, systems, data, and technologies - so they can deliver personalized, contextual experiences to customers at scale. We are seeking an SEO/SEM Sales Senior Manager to join our collection of artists, analysts, strategists, engineers, writers, makers, business-builders, designers, doers, and dreamers. We are a dynamic, fast-paced consulting culture, building custom solutions for our clients and never the same day twice.

What you'll do

You are responsible for structuring and selling programs that drive growth through SEO/SEM. You will be a senior leader within the Search practice, driving Sales, working closely with Senior Managers and Partners across the firm (and industries), especially those that focus on Advertising, Marketing, Commerce, and overall digital transformation. You'll be the person in the room during the pitch and leading the pursuit team, including materials management, presentation, pricing, and scope of work creation. And you will oversee the connection into delivery for those engagements once sold, seeing the sales cycle through from pursuit to activation - including continued client relationship building and opportunity identification.

You have a proven track record of selling solutions that deliver overall business growth. You understand how SEO/SEM interacts with other factors across the client ecosystem, including other marketing and advertising channels, enabling toolset and architecture, and supporting workforce. You build strong relationships and partner with folks across discipline and area of expertise to develop transformative solutions. You are an expert storyteller with demonstrated expertise in identifying and positioning the right SEO/SEM solutions for sector-specific business problems, across a variety of end audiences from CMO to CTO.

You'll join one of the fastest growing marketing and advertising offerings at Deloitte, helping us maintain our sales velocity, structuring unique scopes, and delivering solutions to our clients' most complex problems.

Advertising, Marketing & Commerce

Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients' brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients' marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

We serve our clients through the following types of work:

  • Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development (web, mobile, social, physical)

  • eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations

  • Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions

  • Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions

  • Marketing analytics implementation and operations

  • Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution

  • Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution

  • Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results

Required - What you bring:

  • 10+ years of full-time agency or consulting experience in SEO and/or SEM required

  • 5+ years of new business experience

  • Ability to offer and defend solutions based on experience and best practices

  • Collaborative working style to build relationships

  • Comfortable working directly with technical subject matter experts and business owners of varying organizational levels

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to triage and prioritize many competing needs

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now, or at any time in the future

  • Ability to travel up to 40% (note the position is virtual-first with travel expected for critical meetings)

Preferred - Bonus Points if you have:

  • Both SEO and SEM tactical experience

  • Experience in IP/asset product management

  • Bachelor or Associates Degree
