Our practitioners work collaboratively within integrated, cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive strategies and implementation program that help our clients prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency. Teamwork is crucial as teams are composed of a diverse group of specialists across multiple disciplines from both within our consulting practice and from our clients, helping drive towards a successful outcome. Our practitioners are expected to own and deliver their respective deliverables while managing different clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
BA/BS degree
2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
2+ years Power Utilities & Renewables experience
1+ years of project management experience including staffing, budgeting and identifying issues
1+ years of ADMS functional/product knowledge
Deep knowledge about ADMS display and data conversion - will monitor and execute the display conversion tasks
Strong verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills across various levels of stakeholders (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio).
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to evaluate design concepts in support of product enhancement and improvements
Plan, organize, execute and summarize design sessions and workshops as necessary to support project activities
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into system design
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Preferred:
Advanced degree in business or related field
Working knowledge of digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, HP ALM, ADO, PowerBI, OneDrive/SharePoint, a plus
Ability to collaborate with developers, Functional and Technical leads, IT, and business stakeholders to design, build, and configure a complex system
Working knowledge of Python, SQL and Monarch
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual and verbal communication ability
Prior professional services or consulting experience
Experience with display conversion and data conversion tools and technology
Experience in Agile Methodology
Experience on Agile Management tools such as JIRA, Octane, AGM
ADMS Functional/Product knowledge is a plus, specifically Switch Order Management and Outage Management System
Ability to manage assigned tasks and coordination of projects
Experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports
