For our clients, our OracleEBS Consultants reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level bymanaging business requirements and leading the functional design, prototypingand process design stages of Oracle EBS implementations.
Responsibilities will include:
Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.
Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, andprocess design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flowmapping).
Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testingand user training.

Functional professional with 1 complex, fulllifecycle Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management Order Management/ Distributionimplementations (Oracle R12).
A minimum of 2 years of experience implementingsome combination of Oracle EBS SCM - OM & Distribution modules in Release12: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR),Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, Global Order Promising (GOP), AccountsReceivables, Accounts Payables, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement,Costing or Configurator
Demonstrated experience as a consulting resourceassisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documentingbusiness requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be businessprocess designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration,testing, client user training.
Must have experience collaborating with clientson business process enhancements
Up to 80% travel required
ABachelor s degree
Ability to work independently and manage multipletask assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills,including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skillswith the ability to exercise mature judgment
An advanced degree in the area of specialization
Must be legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in thefuture.

Professionals can expect to deliver heart of thebusiness projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics,manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, projectmanagement as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. Weassess current business processes and capabilities as part of digitaltransformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients enterprises.
