Work you'll do

The Licensing Oversight Manager reviews, researches, and analyzes medical equipment licensing requirements, and develops processes to determine if a medical equipment supplier has appropriate and valid license in accordance with federal healthcare program rules.

The Licensing Oversight Manager is responsible for verifying the overall validity of the licenses for the population of Suppliers. The Role requires a comprehensive knowledge of state laws, regulations and policies related to Medical Equipment Licensure across multiple states.

The Licensing Oversight Manager will manage a medium size team of specialists to execute the verification tasks, and must have demonstrated supervisory experience, including leadership, team building and staff development skills. The Manager will advise on the development, maintenance and modification of a complex workflow system, as well as identify automation and quality control processes to mitigate potential errors in manual data entry.



  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Travel up to 20%

  • 3+ years professional experience reviewing state laws, regulation and policies for Medical Equipment state licensure (such as working for state license board, licensing associations, or health care companies that verified license status of Medical Equipment suppliers to determine eligibility to participate in commercial and/or government healthcare programs).

  • Experience developing protocols, processes

  • Experience in supporting systematic quality assurance and control processes
