Lead, HRST People Analytics & Reporting, Program Evaluation and Sensing Researcher
People Analytics & Reporting (PAR) collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Our teams provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
The PAR Program Evaluation and Sensing team collaborates closely with Talent stakeholders to support the evaluation of pilots, programs, and services (e.g., designing performance management pilots through A/B testing for meaningful insights, evaluation of learning and other talent programs) to ultimately bolster Talent's brand as a data-driven organization and to enable us to evaluate progress on business-driven talent priorities and to provide actionable insights.
PAR is looking for an innovative evaluation researcher who designs appropriate measurement strategies to evaluate new pilot initiatives as well as existing talent programs.
Work you'll do
As the Evaluation Researcher, you will:
Design rigorous measurement and evaluation plans for existing talent programs as well as pilots in collaboration with all stakeholders across Talent
Design appropriate methodologies to get the employee/client voice (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews) in collaboration with the PAR survey team
Establish methods (e.g., dashboards) to track program metrics in close collaboration with the reporting team
Collaborate closely with the analytics team to ensure rigorous analysis of pilot programs
Evaluate the work of the team and present innovative concepts and strategies to PAR leadership and clients
Ensure the ongoing learning evaluation process meets CPE and NASBA compliance standards
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Learning Program Managers, Learning Delivery Specialists, and the Development CoE to ensure course feedback meets client needs
Collaborate closely with survey specialists responsible for setting up and administering learning evaluations to ensure smooth delivery and coordination of activities
Project manage complex deliverables across stakeholders and PAR members
Perform other role-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Masters Degree Required, PhD Preferred, in the social sciences
5 years of experience with evaluating programs and pilots, including rigorous Control/Experimental measurement methods
Solid understanding of the talent lifecycle and customer experience perspective
Work well in an ambiguous, dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Extensive experience advising, coaching, influencing and building relationships
Strong project management, delivery and upward management skills
Strategic thinker, creative problem-solver and influencer; leverage knowledge and experience to resolve issues and remove project barriers
Applied experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting with people data
Analytical and quantitative skills, including ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and drive improvements. Experience with data management and analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Python, R
Analytical ability to delve into details while maintaining a broader business perspective
Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex topics concisely
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 to $159,165.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
