Deloitte Digital Care - Senior Consultant in Parsippany, New Jersey
Demonstrated Application Support experience (3-5 years) with production instances of Cerner clinical or revenue cycle (Millennium and/or Soarian) and related applications
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues, including root cause analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Ability to validate system changes in non-production environments and support migration of changes into production environments
Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel may be needed based on client situations, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
2+ years of consulting experience which includes identifying and proposing workflow/process improvement recommendations, and opportunities to apply automation to common activities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured support methodology
Experience working within and achieving Service Level Objectives
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Experience mentoring junior staff
