Lead Learning and Development Specialist

    Job Overview

    Serve as the Lead Learning & Development Specialist for the Deloitte AI Academy™ , a highly strategic and innovative, multi-week program focused on building and growing AI tech capabilities in campus hire practitioners across the firm. Academy participants follow a rigorous curriculum of Core Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, complimented with Deloitte's Trustworthy AI™ framework and how the different Deloitte businesses and industries engage with AI. This program aims to bridge the AI talent gap and build staffable practitioners for the growing AI work in which Deloitte is engaged. As the Program Specialist, you will support the on-going planning and logistical delivery elements associated with the successful execution of the US Deloitte AI Academy program, including, but not limited to:

  • Work with Program Manager, CTS Specialist and Learning Ops Specialist to manage the overall implementation and execution of the US program delivery schedule

  • Craft program communications, evaluation decks, and other deliverables as required for program execution

  • Coordinate Deloitte Coach recruitment, communication, management, support, and evaluations for each program delivery

  • Partner with the Core Talent Services (CTS) and the Learning Operations teams on delivery logistics and reporting needs, including learner registration, day-to-day program delivery and post-program evaluations.

  • Support vendor analysis, selection, and on-going relationship management with technical vendor used in the academy

  • Collaborate with USI AI Academy program team to ensure consistency in program quality and effectiveness across US and USI

  • Consolidate and analyze program feedback to report to stakeholders and leadership

  • Advise on curriculum changes given ongoing feedback mechanisms

  • Assist in the continuous improvement of the program by maintaining and updating program curriculum based on feedback and/or changing learning requirements

    Qualifications

    Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 4 years of related experience

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time and resources to complete tasks

  • Strong leadership, strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to advise multiple stakeholders, often at senior levels of the firm, with a consultative mindset

  • Sound teaming, interpersonal and oral and written communication skills

  • Strong command Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and ability to produce deliverables that carry a "stamp of excellence"

  • In Excel, aggregate data, conduct complex analysis and display results visually

  • In PowerPoint, translate data into insights and tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; convey clear and easily actionable recommendations

  • In Word, create clear, concise communications with a user-friendly layout conducive to cognition.

  • Travel could be required based on role responsibilities

  • Experience supporting Learning & Development Programs

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $78,000 to $144,000.
