Work you'll do

The Client Excellence team is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day program design, activities and operations for a set of specific initiatives. This includes planning and executing multiple initiatives, from strategy development and design through implementation and communications. Projects range from strategic work related to our client portfolio and account leaders to managing the design and execution of development programs.

  • Program Management: Lead and manage the various initiatives that engage our client portfolio and/or the LCP community. In many cases, this role will independently lead tasks that require coordination with several organizations, both internal and external

  • Implementation and Communication: Execute plans for priority projects

  • Strategic Design of new Programs and Initiatives: Work with directly with the Consulting CE NMP and COS on strategic development of new programs that support the Consulting Commercial Office and CE priorities

  • PMD Engagement: Team with and support account leaders who own specific CE initiatives. This may include leading and working collaboratively with sub-teams assigned by the account leader

  • Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Work with teams and experts across many aspects of the Firm - including cross Industry/Offerings, cross-functionally and globally - as well as potentially externally

The team

Consulting Client Excellence is an internal organization within the Consulting Commercial Office. Client Excellence is committed to developing our client strategy, portfolio priorities and enabling the growth of our most important clients, while developing and empowering our account leaders to build and lead these accounts.

The team member will be aligned to the Consulting Professional National Office, comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Consulting's overall success. Whether focused on project financials, quality and risk management, methods and tools, sales excellence, talent, leadership support, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently and that our people can effectively serve clients every day. Our Operating Model formalizes these functions so that we can continue to enhance their quality while providing our professionals a consistent talent experience and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Professional with 3 - 5 years relevant experience in internal / external client service or internal roles

Preferred:

  • Ability to manage and drive projects and initiatives to completion and results

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities

  • Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in both written and verbal capabilities

  • Proven track record engaging with and coordinating senior level constituents

  • Human capital experience related to training, learning and development

  • Experience with creating effective and impactful communications

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Expert in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail
