Deloitte CTS Contractor Management Senior Specialist in Parsippany, New Jersey

The CTS Contingent Workforce Management team centralizes the management of external contractors and vendors to avoid risk, reduce spend, improve efficiency and enhance the quality of vendor relationships and their respective products and/or services. Under the direction of the CTS Contingent Workforce Management Manager, this Senior Specialist role will manage day-to-day contractor and vendor requests for the ITS Deloitte Application Studio team. This role will serve as the point person for stakeholders, agency inquiries, tracking and fulfillment of requests using Vendor Management Systems. The Senior Specialist will also connect and develop relationships with colleagues in DAS Fieldglass support, Procurement, OGC, Risk, Talent and Finance.

Work you'll do

  • Independently manage vendor and contractor requests and inquiries, performing the tasks associated with the selection, procurement, on-boarding, maintenance and offboarding of contractors using the Fieldglass system

  • As an advocate to our business, work directly with Strategic Procurement Services, OGC, National Office of Independence and Risk on an as needed basis to secure third-party staff augmentation and EcoPartner contracts and ensure all compliance activities are executed and tracked

  • Review all intake requests in queue and actively address requests with the stakeholder groups. Triage the various requests and educate stakeholders on options based on their business needs

  • Facilitate the Fieldglass SOW process by partnering with the ITS DAS leaders and engaging managers

  • Participate in RFPs/RFI's on the behalf of our stakeholders by collaborating with Strategic Procurement Services

  • Lead the effort to process the necessary on-boarding/offboarding tasks to ensure a seamless integration of contractors

  • Collaborate with India on onboarding, offboarding, invoice processing and maintenance of the SOW workers

  • Manage the storage of program documentation and updating necessary tasks in Fieldglass

  • Effectively track and communicate opportunities for Fieldglass enhancements and focus on improvements in the process

  • Leverage the CTS CWM SOPs and workflow within Fieldglass and Avature

  • Support CTS Contingent Workforce Management Manager in regard to vendor relations and correspondence

  • Independently manage day to day workload, documenting productivity metrics on a period basis

CTS focus on delivery of both strategic and transactional services, either directly for the businesses or in support of the Business Advisors and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

    Qualifications

    Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources or related experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, etc.), Taleo/RMS, SalesForce, PowerPoint, SharePoint, e-room and other knowledge management sites, and other office/computer systems

  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with a variety of levels both inside and outside of Deloitte

  • Ability to work additional evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during peak times (this applies to certain stakeholder groups)

  • Ability to work independently on a variety of projects in a high volume, fast paced, and sometime nebulous environment required

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and planning skills

  • Relationship management skills

  • Strong execution skills

  • Ability to interface with a variety of levels both inside and outside of Deloitte
