As a communications senior specialist, you willwill support the development and execution of effective internal communications strategies, plans, and deliverables to drive Audit & Assurance business objectives. As a key member of an integrated communications, change, and learning team, the communications senior specialist should have a strategic and executional mind-set in order to manage multiple projects while delivering high-value communications to support organizational goals. Work You ll DoCommunicationsWork with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement communications plans, processes, and content to drive key aspects of the Audit & Assurance strategyPromote alignment of communications strategy and tactics within an environment of organizational transformation toenable 10,000 professionals to grow the business, transform the audit of the future, and drive business performance.Develop trusted advisor relationships and provide ongoing communications counsel to key internal clients, including leaders across the organizationDesign, develop, and implement communication deliverables (e.g., leadership messages, infographics, presentations, etc.)Support the management of communications channels to support the delivery of impactful communications across the Audit & Assurance practiceDevelop content in support of varied communications vehicles, including but not limited to websites, webcasts, newsletters, communities of practice, and social mediaSupport branding and internal promotional activities for the Audit & Assurance practice through the development of promotional videos and brochuresProject ManagementProvide support by creating and managing communications projects in areas of focusEmploy strong project management skills (initiating, planning, executing, managing, and closing projects to achieve plan objectives)Effectively juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality results and meeting deadlinesManage multiple assignments with the ability to strategically prioritize when faced with competing priorities QualificationsBackground/ExperienceA minimum of 4 of relevant communications experience professional services or related industry experience preferredKnowledge of and experience in corporate internal, employee, and/or change communications strategy, best practices, as well as implementation and executionStrong project management skills with experience managing large-scale projects/programsExceptional relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust, and confidence with key stakeholdersSuperior writing, editing, and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite strong PowerPoint skills are criticalExperience working in a virtual workforce environment with team members across multiple offices/locationsAbility to travel up to 25% annuallyDegree in Communications, English, or Business with expertise in communications practices preferred Key AttributesStrong interpersonal relationship skillsDetail oriented, organized, flexible, and able to adapt to changePositive attitude and work style; works well under pressureAbility to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentStrong project management skills; able to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverablesTeam playerSense of urgency and responsivenessProactive approach with ideasProfessional and positive attitude with internal clients and with colleaguesSense of responsibility and accountability for the success of communications for assigned focus areas The teamAs part of the Audit & Assurance Change Management team, the Communications team provides value to the US Firm by delivering innovative communications strategies and approaches for internal audiences to help our leaders influence positive behaviors, drive change, reinforce successes, and promote a strong sense of community through coordinated, consistent messaging. The team also collaborates closely with the Audit & Assurance Marketing/PR team, to ensure effective and efficient collaboration as we build and protect our brand.
