Built on the backs of our digital banking practice and decades supporting clients of all scale making the hard decisions of who to partner with, where to start, and how improve time to value. You can't solve today's challenges by focusing on single layer (experience, cloud, core) nor on a single vendor partner - so we've built an ecosystem solution that has the hard parts of integration, data standards, and core configuration already developed to enable banking solutions. We do this by plugging in fintech partners and existing capabilities (e.g., cards, BSA-AML.) from a single framework that allows our clients to launch new propositions at speed.

Work you'll do

The Commercialization Manager will drive product strategy on new and existing products in tandem with senior leadership, a dedicated product team, and go-to-market groups. This role will drive key strategic initiatives and business operations across the Banking-as-a-Service offering. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analyses, documenting user experience intent, developing economic models as they relate to new products and features, and a variety of other activities to drive additive revenue recognition. This is a challenging role that requires hard work, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to get in the weeds and execute.

Some core activities you will own as a Commercialization Manager within Banking-as-a-Service's team include:

Work you'll do

  • Conduct research and document information required to facilitate the decision-making process, including market and competitor research, and documenting existing business processes

  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify, quantify, and clearly articulate the market opportunity

  • Develop various business cases and economic models/frameworks to define value capture across the Banking-as-a-Service offering, vendors, and services provided

  • Represent the voice of the end user in product/market fit development

  • Align the user experience with the product and business strategy

  • Support the Commercialization team by identifying and driving process improvement initiatives that guide quality, efficiency, and productivity improvement across the offering and are value additive

  • Support product innovation and help shape the future of Banking-as-a-Service

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in product management or a similar value creation function

  • 2-3 years management consulting or investment banking experience plus 2-3 years operational product management experience in a high-growth company/startup

  • Knowledge and experience within financial services or financial technology

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to effectively work with business leaders

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide concise briefings and recommendations

  • The ability to understand complex issues and develop clear assessments

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • To be successful you will need to be thorough and on-point in an environment where things change extremely quickly

  • A positive attitude and humility

  • Ability to consistently deliver in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Strong desire to learn how to operate in and scale a high growth offering

Preferred:

  • Financial Service/Banking/FinTech experience; understands the basics of industry solutions and excited about the potential to reimagine and disrupt legacy
