In the role of Infrastructure Business-Operations Specialist, you will support multiple facets of the delivery business for Consulting-asset infrastructure and Cloud-Managed Services (CMS), for assets operating on I&P's AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the team's interaction and delivery to collaborating organizations across our ecosystem, and to our internal-client project teams. I&P practitioners operate in many-to-many relationships and must possess the abilities to regularly exercise good judgment, deliver measured communications, and prioritize responsibilities according to multiple factors. The role is appropriate for an individual who operates with high energy to work with cross-functional teams in closing out actions associated with a wide range of infrastructure-related topics. You will need to leverage creative skills operate with adaptability to change.

Work You'll Do The Cloud Hosting Business Operations Consultant will take direction from the Infrastructure Delivery Lead and will be responsible for delivering on various components of information, reporting, and artefacts managed in the process of I&P Infrastructure's asset buildouts.

Key tasks and essential job functions: • Support the Delivery Lead in Managing cost-related information including: • Work with Finance to deliver, review, and process monthly asset costs • Work with project teams on monthly asset costs • Work with Vendor Management to track and report I&P costs • Work with Vendor Management to deliver formal monthly Leadership cost-reporting • Content development and management • Provide input to Statements of Work (SOW's) including descriptive content and pricing • Track and report status of asset delivery from pipeline through steady state • Communicate I&P cloud hosting processes and requirements • Contribute to the development of Infrastructure SOW's, and on-boarding documentation • Assist in the project management of complex asset buildouts • Organize and disseminate information and artefacts to be leveraged by practitioners across I&P.• Work closely with staff, Infrastructure, Customer Support, and Engineering on project delivery, SOW development, hosting-cost calculation and dissemination The Team The role is with the Delivery and Business Operations team within I&P's Infrastructure organization and works closely with team members in US-India offices, as well as I&P's Customer Success, Professional Services, Architecture, and Finance teams.

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in business/IT or equivalent experience required with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT products/services, cloud hosting, and/or other related fields • Working knowledge in applicable IT/Accounting concepts, practices, and procedures • Working project-management experience and ability for managing to timelines • Outstanding computer skills, specifically with spreadsheets, word processing, and business-solutions software • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with business financial-management and chargeback

• Ability to multi-task and operate nimbly within a team environment

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
