Work You'll Do
Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Develop information security and cyber risk management strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Provide advisory and managed services to help clients spot, assess, manage and respond to risks and catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position and jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and financial standing. Bring to market thought leadership, insight and analysis that helps clients think and act differently about strategic risk. Provide advisory services in various areas of risk management, risk analytics, and crisis management. Diagnose clients current strategic assumptions, blind spots and organizational dynamics to provide fresh insight into competitive advantages, vulnerabilities and strategic risks. Explore future trends and scenarios to understand strategic risks. Build and nurture strong client relationships.
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
Five years of experience designing and implementing governance, risk, and controls (GRC) programs.
Experience must include five years of:
Leading GRC implementations utilizing tools, including RSA Archer, RSAM, Metricstream, and Servicenow;
Liaising with senior-level client stakeholders to present technical and non-technical to enable decision-making;
Developing technology solutions, including architecture and tool infrastructure, using SDLC approach;
Leading and mentoring technicians and functional staff to support solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment; and
Evaluating frameworks and regulations in the financial services industry and translating them into policies, standards, and risk and control frameworks.
Approximately 40% travel required.
