Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Development - Coordinate capability enhancements and development roadmap including:

-{PS..0}->Deliver client presentations/solution demonstrations internally & externally

-{PS..1}->Evaluate competitive landscape

-{PS..2}->Prioritize key requirements and maintain development roadmap

-{PS..3}->Manage partnership with Clients

-{PS..4}->Overseeing QA ing of new functionality

Sales Coordinate and support sales execution:

-{PS..5}->Monitor pipeline and manage talent availability/bench for delivery support

a. -{PS..6}->Develop and execute talent management plan (e.g. resource identification, onboarding, training, resource growth, etc.)

-{PS..7}->Engage with account teams and clients to ask questions and perform demo s

-{PS..8}->Support services scoping and estimation; deliverables, workplan, resource requirements, costing, etc.

-{PS..9}->Ensure SOW compliance to required contractual language

Delivery Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery including:

-{PS..10}->Serve as Point-of-Contact with clients for ongoing managed services

-{PS..11}->Lead development of quals and case studies upon delivery completion & maintain library

a. -{PS..12}->Maintain knowledge base/library (Benchmarks, Quals, Ideas): Utilize transformed data to generate benchmarks and insight collateral to support sales practice

  • Support definition, scoping, and estimation of ongoing managed services given client scope needs/requirements

a. Management of the delivery playbook with standard processes and templates

b. Defining project plan & kicking off project

  • Executing data assessment

General PMO driving integration across cross-functional teams and product leadership including:

  • Coordinate delivery ecosystem (i.e. Architecture & Workflow team, Infrastructure team, Analytics team, Functional team, Product team, Project teams)

a. Lead cross-functional status update calls

  • Coordinate and complete 'project based' scoping and estimation

  • Coordinate and support testing, stabilization, and release rollout (i.e. integrity testing, enhancements/features, conduct QA {post-patches, release, upgrade}, training set expansion, cognitive algorithm tuning, etc.)

  • Run point on coordination and resolution of major break/fix (Application Management) issues impacting client delivery

  • Manage scoping approval process and initiate billing process with finance controller

a. Billing: Monitor and facilitate back office accounting for application use

  • Monitor and insure Confidential Information Management Plans (CIMP) are properly followed in each phase of delivery and post-delivery

-{PS..17}->Minimum of 5 years big consulting firm and/or industry experience

-{PS..18}-> Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area


-{PS..19}->Master s degree in Analytics, STEM, Information Technology with a focus on Analytics, Operations Management, Business Process Management would be an asset

-{PS..20}->Ability to identify, troubleshoot and mentor teams to problem solve complex business issues

-{PS..21}->Develop and create presentations within data analysis software, including MS PowerPoint and visualization application (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.)
