Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Deliver training on newCognitive and Robotics Automation solutions (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc)to our most important and high potential clients

Manage enhancements to technical and functional training materials

Develop, maintain, and demonstrate expertise in Cognitive and Robotics Automation software implementation elements including: solution architecture, automation development, and setup of infrastructure environments

Maintain a deep understanding ofCognitive and Robotics Automation solutionstechnology to include differentiating features and product roadmaps to enable you to serve as a technical subject matter expert in sales conversations

Lead and support training initiatives as well as consultative client service activities that will be split 50/50 in center and onsite

Work with development teams in between training deliveries to keep skills sharp and help to ensure the delivery high quality work to our clients

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients

Ability to train and mentor teams on best practices for managing Cognitive and Robotics Automation solutions within SDLC methodologies

Hands on experience in developing software bots inCognitive Robotics Software Automationtools such as: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath

Mentor and consult clients on best practices for how to test software, create UAT s, case documentation, and any other project documentation

Create, manage, and maintain training document library which will house training and best practice materials

Teach client teams how to plan, track, and manage Cognitive and Robotics Automation solutions on short term sprints and long term software deployments

7 years of experience with MySQL, NoSQL, MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or any equivalent database environment

Deep development experience with Python, Java, J2EE, Struts or .NET, WPF, WCF, XML, HTML, Tomcat, JBOSS, etc. or any Cognitive and Robotic Automation software

7 years of IT experience in software development in developing web applications and client/server applications

Position requires resource to primarily be based out of our Lake Mary office except during onsite training/client service engagements

Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area

Must be willing to travel up to 30%


Experience training and mentoring clients on detailed development processes within SDLC methodologies for Cognitive Robotics Software Automation solutions

Experience creating, managing and maintaining training documentation
