Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Collaborate with delivery teams to develop technical and functional training materials Demonstrate strong understanding of materials to implement initial and ongoing training through each phase of project engagement Document post engagement training materials into delivery standards that are maintained for use in future engagements

From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to analyze, design, develop, and build solutionsto help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of their supply chains across industries.Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects, integrators, analytics experts, domain specialists to creative digital experts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advisory services, advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborativeteam culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, STEM, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 4-7 years of experience developing technical and functional guides specific to project processes and procedures 4-7 years of experience with technical training specific to project phases on engagements Understanding of technical testing, UAT, ongoing use case documentation, and any other pertinent project process related training documents Experience with warehouse management systems such as Manhattan WMS Ability to identify, develop, and implement best practices specific to project engagement methodologies Create, manage, and support document library which will house training and best practice templates Solid skills with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel Must be willing to live and work in theOrlando, FL area Must be willing to travel up to 20%


Ability to identify, resolve, and train colleagues on engagement process and procedures Strong documentation and training skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Support project process and procedures within Manhattan WMS solutions
