Work you ll do
As a Solution Analyst, you ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through technology solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets and work profiles, as detailed below. As part of the application process, you will provide preferences for your top choices.
oDesign systems and processes to capture, integrate and distribute information in an enterprise to leverage the power of data
oFunction as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions to help develop as well as test data integrations, data management, business intelligence, big data analytics, cognitive computing, data science and robotics related technology solutions
oPreferred skillsets: Prior internship or experience with business intelligence, analytics and data warehousing, visualization or with specific ETL tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Informatica, Qlikview, Python/R, Hadoop distributions, robotics, and statistical modeling tools)
Enterprise Technology Transformation
oParticipate in the design, configuration, testing, and automation phases of ERP solutions like Oracle ERP, SAP, and other Cloud based ERP packages
oConfigure ERP solution, construct transition plans, and help maintain clients applications and technology infrastructure
oBuild new business processes around finance, supply chain, Enterprise IT and other key functions
oTackle clients organizational strategy, financial management, supply management, innovation, and growth issues and help to enhance their business performance, productivity, and long-term profitability
oPreferred skillsets: Exposure to business processes and how Oracle ERP or SAP ERP technologies support business functions, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings, SAP TERP10 certification is preferred
oPlay a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software
oConfigure, build and test Robotics Process Automation solutions supporting automation of workflows, troubleshooting, requirement design and estimation, and implementing solutions
oCode entirely new custom software applications, or use off the shelf software, requiring analysts to modify and integrate it into an existing system to meet business needs
oDevelop templates, scripts or programming in a cloud environment
Human Capital Strategy
oHelp clients with the communications and training material design, development and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process changes
oPreferred skillsets: Knowledge of ADDIE framework / Adult Learning Principles. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools. Demonstrated academic focus or experience in training and communications
HR Tech & Transformation
oHelp organizations design and implement HR technology solutions to transform their Human Resources practices
oRequirement gathering, system design, configuration & testing
oPreferred skillsets: Exposure to HR business processes and how technologies support HR business functions. Overview or application implementation experience in any HR Technology platform including Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos, ADP Vantage, Workforce Software, or Workday
oBuild financial and mathematical models that can improve organizational performance
oQuantify risk via statistical methods
oPreferred skillsets: Strong analytical background and proficient in excel. Microsoft Access, SQL, Visual Basic, and completion of SOA or S actuarial exams is preferred

Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time; travel varies based on project assignment requirements
