Work you'll do

• Direct efforts to accelerate deployment of Deloitte's Identity and Credential Access Management (ICAM) solutions for the DoD Client within their cloud environment

• Develop and document an automation plan to determine what elements of the solutions can and cannot be supported by IaC

• Coordinate with the cloud / infrastructure team

• Lead development of IaC including implementing DevSecOps / Agile processes to securely develop, test, and store code

• Support ROM requests for cloud costs associated with testing IaC

• Support application of and documentation for STIGs via IaC where possible

• Provide IaC / Automation expertise as needed

• Support required deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• Commercial cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or higher)

• DoD 8570 IAT II or higher certification

• Strong understanding of and 4 years of experience using services from commercial cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to include compute, network, and storage services

• Familiarity with cARMY and supporting ECMA processes to include the Code Resource and Transformation Environment (CReATE) and/or other DevSecOps tools

• Strong familiarity with IaC tools to include, but not limited to Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates, etc.

• Ability to complete technical documentation

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of IaC developers

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Travel up to 5%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $99,668.00 to $155,000.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
