Robotics and Intelligent Automation Account Manager

Deloitte s Analytics and Cognitive portfolio is focused on strategically growing its Managed Services offering and is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead key foundational accounts and help define near-term and long-term offerings. Using the established Delivery Center in Orlando, Florida, the team will be focused on cultivating Deloitte s Operate business to align with core organizational goals. Deloitte leadership is committed to making investments in talent, solutions, and infrastructure in order to become the undisputed global leader in Robotics and Intelligent Automation Managed Services.

Work you ll do

You will lead efforts to manage key clients establishing their R&IA Digital Workforce and leading support teams located in Deloitte s Global Delivery Centers. Specific focal activities include:

Act as a liaison between engagement teams and our clients to help implement, deliver and operate analytics, cognitive and robotic process automation platforms

Engage and maintain client relationship, determine clients needs specific to short-term and long-term business goals

Ensure ongoing support and successful delivery for our managed and hybrid services

Lead teams in handling escalated complex business issues and coordinating across Deloitte/client teams to provide successful resolution

Manage contractual arrangements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations for our managed services

Lead the delivery of monthly and quarterly business reviews with our clients and engagement teams

Contribute to the growth and practice development to advance Deloitte s capabilities and footprint within client engagements

Support leadership regarding internal/external stakeholder interaction and resource management/deployment

Help manage day-to-day Delivery Center operations, resource management, resource development, and knowledge management

Define client operating metrics and reporting templates

Coordinates with Resource Management for Delivery Center staffing.

Actively manages Delivery Center pipeline. Involved or consulted in proposal pricing calls and proposal service/solution reviews.

The team

Hybrid Solutions Incubation

Our Hybrid Solutions and Incubation team is responsible for developing, managing and operating a suite of data-powered solutions that address our clients most complex business issues within the Strategy & Analytics space. By combining design thinking with science on a cloud-based platform, we give decision makers at every level of the organization fast, cost-effective access to actionable information.

In addition to developing new IP, the team is responsible for incubating new businesses, specifically focused on As-A-Service businesses; we help these businesses gain market traction and scale them into the broader practice.

Hybrid Solutions and Incubation will help our clients to:

Achieve fast and actionable insights by accessing a suite of data-powered and industry-tailored accelerators, solutions and products

Have ongoing access to Deloitte s Strategy & Analytics expertise as we grow our As-A-Service business models

Uncover new insights to their business using Deloitte data sources that are monetized through the insight derived or the assets that are data powered


Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing or related business discipline

8 years management/professional experience required. Significant experience in roles supported by strong working knowledge of account and project management disciplines

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Must be able to think conceptually, strategically, and creatively with little oversight or direction

Very comfortable working with ambiguity

Able to distill complex ideas or approaches while presenting them in a simplified manner

Able to develop clear presentations for all level of audiences including executives

Good people manager, developer, coach and mentor

Able to identify project/process/solution risks and proactively work to mitigate them

Able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and colleagues

Self-starter and highly committed to exceed expectations

Bachelor s degree or equivalent with 5 to 8 years relevant experience within the focus domains, structuring organizations, and managing resources.

Ability to travel 20-30%

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint).

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Deep knowledge of how to apply analytics to drive client insights

In addition, the successful candidate will also have the following preferred skills:

Previous experience managing accounts in Robotics process automation with tools such as: Automation Anywhere (AA), Blue Prism (BP), UiPath, Workfusion, or Pega

Experience in account management in consulting or equivalent professional services organizations

Ability to multi-task and lead accounts specific to long term managed services

Advanced degree
