This position sits in the Brand, Policy & Compliance team within the Talent Development Deloitte Leadership Academy. In close partnership with internal clients and vendors, this team plans and provides learning experiences on ethical behaviors to create a culture of compliance, an essential component of leadership during career lifecycles. Areas of compliance include anti-corruption, anti-harassment, confidentiality, ethics, and independence. This portfolio of programs is 100% asynchronous eLearning.

In this role, you will join a team that is on a strategic journey to transform compliance learning into a modern, best-in-class form while meeting and balancing the unique legal and regulatory specifications of the Deloitte US firm.
The ideal candidate is strengthened by organization, attention to detail, analysis, eLearning platforms, basic HTML, eLearning course testing, technical trouble-shooting, and problem solving. Work you'll do:
Project and Portfolio Management
Operate with strong project management skills, including building and updating work-plans, knowing what to prioritize and why, who to keep informed and how often, and when to escalate.
Use Microsoft Teams to document projects and maintain team processes and procedures.
Lead status calls at the portfolio level to ensure clarity of progress, risks, and next steps.
Manage the project contracts and invoices required for external vendors.
Identify and implement opportunities to drive efficiencies and improve processes.
Manage portfolio course lists and course specifications for the team and key stakeholders.
Identify and evaluate new eLearning course vendors the team would like to partner with on projects.
Liaise with vendors and stakeholders.
Technical Analysis, Testing, and Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot eLearning course technical issues and work with the appropriate parties to resolve the issues.
Make minor eLearning course changes using Articulate Storyline as well as other platforms that the team uses to develop eLearning.
Track eLearning courses through the testing process and test courses using multiple browsers.
Content Management and Add-Ons
Analyze eLearning course evaluations and other measurements to make recommendations for future improvements.
Manage the CPE process for eLearning courses including documentation, course edits requested, and expiration.
Evaluate content across portfolio for overlaps and alignments.
Review and copyedit scripts and storyboards for accuracy, style consistency, and concision.
Learn and use new tools (such as FLIP, WalkMe, Cura).
Manage accessibility processes.
Liaise with Learning Design Solutions (LDS in US-India) when needed for course modifications and edits.
Solid track record of performance in current and past roles.
Knowledge and experience with the processes of designing and developing eLearning courses.
Familiarity with and aptitude to learn Articulate tools such as Storyline and Rise in order to perform limited content edits and updates.
Familiarity with LMS systems, testing online courses, and troubleshooting course and LMS issues.

Program management experience and track record of successfully planning, managing and delivering multiple, concurrent, work streams.
Ability to produce high quality deliverables using Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with logical structuring, reviews and iteration, and analysis of data.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Adult Education, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Training & Development, Organization Development, or related field.
At least 4 years of related professional experience.
Limited travel (less than 20%) could be required based on role responsibilities.
Experience working in a learning and development organization.
Prior consulting or professional services experience.
