Within our Government and Public Services (GPS) Learning and Development team, you will support the professional development and growth of over 28,000 GPS practitioners, focusing aligning learning and development solutions.
This is a temporary salaried opportunity for Deloitte Talent alumni to join Deloitte Services LP for a short term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte's Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.
We are currently looking for a professional to support our team for 6-8 months.
The Development COE focuses on:
GPS Learning & Development supports continuous learning of GPS practitioners through content creation and curation, focused on rapid skill development for a hybrid workforce. GPS L&D fully drives learning for GPS, curating content from the national curriculum and creating to fill gaps prioritized by GPS leaders. We are strategically organized around our audience needs: Business-specific, Milestones including Onboarding, the Engagement Lifecycle, Manager and Senior Manager Success Programs, and Sectors & Accounts.
Work you'll do
Act as a Talent Temporary Workforce (TTW) Lead Specialist you will help design and deliver effective and leading-edge learning and development initiatives that align with the learning and talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Specific responsibilities include:
Curriculum Management
Sustain and continuously improve curriculum design, program preparation, stakeholder engagement, communications, materials development, and event planning
Support learning initiatives, which may include learner needs analysis, curriculum design, materials development, stakeholder engagement, creating communications as well as support for program management for deliveries
Coordinate with external vendor and delivery team members to schedule and plan for deliveries of courses and strategically market and communicate them
Create professional deliverables in Microsoft Office tools with high attention to accuracy, clarity, and quality
Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and re
commend solutions to track and analyze program impact
Manage preparation process for program deliveries (coordinating facilitators, event invites, advertising, course material distribution, tracking enrollment, etc.)
Stakeholder Management
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders related to development projects
Provide consultative expertise to identify, research, and resolve complex problems
Prepare presentations and reports to support stakeholder engagement
Operations Management
Manage the development and execution of learning programs and processes
Coordinate and manage meetings/working sessions with internal teams, SMEs, and Leadership
Demonstrate initiative in identifying areas for operational improvement, making suggestions, and driving change to gain efficiencies and improve service
Support cross-team operational initiatives, as needed
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 5 years of related experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders without direct authority
Sound core consulting and project management skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 78,570 to $144,695.
