Read more about our opportunity below Work you ll do/Responsibilities Basic understanding of source to contract, category management as it pertains to sourcing and procurement processesExposure inone or more indirect / direct categories (e.g. IT, Telecom, HR, Marketing, Facilities, MRO, Professional Services, Travel, etc.) Execute small to medium sized sourcing projectsWork with client stakeholder to understand and documents their requirements Ability to analyze data and provide suggestions on actionable insights, deliverables and sourcing strategies Support team to develop project plans and drive the execution of the sourcing strategyWork within team to help suppliers identify continuous cost improvement opportunitiesAssist in low complexity negotiations and support contracting process The TeamFrom our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to analyze, design, develop, and build solutionsto help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of their supply chains across industries.Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects, integrators, analytics experts, domain specialists to creative digital experts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborativeteam culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, STEM, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement and supplier management,category management or industry environment with a demonstrated track record of results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work in a team-oriented environment Exposure with processes specific to source to contracts projects Help in the development of score cards and analyze sourcing results to guide client decisions Proficient working with MS Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint) Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be willing to live and work in theOrlando, FL area Must be willing to travel up to 20% Preferred Post-graduate degree preferredExperience working with customers and suppliers Ability to deliver task assignments on or before deadlinesRelevant prior consulting and/or industry experiencePrevious experience utilizing e-Sourcing tools such Coupa and Ariba is a plusExposure to analytics software such as Tableau and or Qlikview Knowledge of one or more indirect/direct categories (e.g. IT, Telecom, HR, Marketing, Facilities, MRO, Professional Services, Travel, etc.) How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
