Work You'll Do
Works closely with Transition Manager to lead the Program Management transition area and QA staff through each phase of transition.
Collaborates with the Client teams to define work plan activities, testing and validation plan, and Cutover plan.
Collaborates with the IC to obtain documentation, confirm work plan activities, Cutover plan and support during initial operations.
Manages issues between Deloitte and Client staff and between Deloitte and the IC during transition.
Reports on transition status, risks, and issues throughout transition.
Manages coordination and collaboration of the Project Sponsors, Program Partners, and stakeholders engaged across the project

Our core capabilities include: IT Operations Delivery & Management, Customer Experience Enhancement, Operations Transformation, transportation modernization, and Emerging Technology platforms such as drones and 5G networks.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
PMI Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification
ITIL Foundation Certification (Desired)
