Work you'll do
Develop innovative, complex, leading-edge MBSE solutions and models for GPS customers.
Lead technical teams in the development of MBSE approaches in the areas of systems, telecommunications / networking, information systems, software systems design and cyber security, and other domains.
Build business cases and develop proposal artifacts to aid capture efforts in the areas of systems engineering.
Work closely with scientists, technical staff and other domain experts from across the firm in various geographical locations to capture client requirements and advance the state of our engineering practices.
Advise leadership on necessary MBSE investments and initiatives, to include evaluation and selection of enterprise system engineering tools/architectures/frameworks and professional development.

The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.
An active secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this role.
Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
At least two (2) years of system engineering experience supporting a government client is required.
Familiarity with the DoD Architect Framework (DoDAF) and equivalent frameworks in the Defense and/Federal Civilian space.
Demonstrated experience and expertise working within Systems Modeling Language (SysML), Unified Modeling Language (UML) or the equivalent system engineering language.
Expertise in one or more MBSE oriented platforms (e.g., NoMagic CAMEO System Modeler, Innoslate, IBM's Rational Rhapsody or equivalent)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Travel up to 10%.
Experience working in the consulting sector is highly desired.
Experience using Siemens Teamcenter is desired.
Experience working with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) is desired.
