Deloitte Tax Experienced Hire Recruiting Leader in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania

Role Description:

Drive experienced hiring recruiting strategy, operational efficiency and process excellence across the Tax business. Responsible for leadership of the experienced hire recruiting team in the successful execution of the defined strategy and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Tax Business Recruiting Lead (BRL), business and talent leadership to develop a strategic sourcing and recruiting plan to achieve hiring demand

  • Ensure recruiters are equipped with and using the most effective tools to approach hiring process, tracking recruiting metrics to identify best strategies and areas of improvement and forecasting future needs.

  • Ensure resources are fully leveraged and optimized across the Tax recruiting team

  • Manage contingent/flexible recruiting workforce to support fluctuating demand and/or accommodate short-term needs given leaves, etc.

  • Collaborate with other Experienced hire Leads to achieve common program and strategy, including leveraging resources across the TA organization.

  • Partner with BRL to oversee the development of Recruiting/Management KPI's that tie to performance

  • Create SME's across the recruiting team in various areas of focus to allow for continued growth of team members

  • Ensure national program guidelines and firm wide initiatives and policies are implemented and adopted consistently throughout teams

  • Partner with Talent Services Sourcing and coordinator resources to ensure appropriate support to achieve recruiting strategy

  • Reporting & Data Analytics -alongside BRL, drive team performance, recruiting strategy recommendations, and decisions for businesses/recruiting team

  • Drive continued focus on DEI recruiting efforts with the business

  • Manage Tax recruiting functional budget and headcount ensuring cost optimization

  • Manage, mentor and develop team (i.e., hire, onboard, provide career development and succession planning)

  • Other duties as defined by the Business Recruiting Leader

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 10 years of related experience

  • Extensive knowledge of experienced hire recruiting strategies and processes

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment

  • Experience in leading and driving teams in executing a creative, metrics-driven recruiting strategy

  • Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership and strategic-thinking skills

  • Ability to anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans accordingly

  • Strong change agent/influencer

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,030 to $211,850.

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
