As the S&T Leader (Senior Manager - Strategy and Transformation), you will be responsible for advancing our data capabilities while setting the stage for a data-driven business, developing a shared understanding of the foundational importance of data-driven insights, analytics, and automation - coupled with an enthusiasm towards data-centric business models across advice, implement, operate, and assure/attest spectrums.

The Technology Strategy organization has launched the Data Strategy and Operating Model for the US Firm, all businesses (Tax, Consulting, Advisory and Audit) and Enabling Areas (Internal Services). As a member of the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) team, you'll help drive Data Strategy adoption across the Firm.
8+ years consulting or related experience within technology focused intiatives
Ability to travel up 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate business value propositions.
Ability to organize, launch and track initiatives
Influential leadership to drive data cultural change and achieve business outcomes
Detail-oriented and capable of delivering accurate, high-quality deliverables
Cross-functional knowledge of Enterprise Data Capabilities. (e.g. Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Operations, Platform and Architecture, Supporting Processes, Metadata, Reference Data, Data Protection, Reporting, and Analytics)
Understanding of data privacy and data security concepts and experience with delivering data-related projects
Ability to communicate across disciplines (e.g. security, privacy, legal, risk)
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $139,190 to $256,330.
