People Analytics Senior Manager, One Model, HRST People Analytics
The People Analytics Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Our teams (e.g., reporting, data science, surveys, candidate assessments, KPIs, evaluation, data governance and integrations) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
This role engages directly with Business leadership and Talent leadership/teams to design a new reporting and analytics solution, One Model. One Model provides Business and Talent professionals with on-demand access to common, accurate talent metrics and insights from multiple sources to drive interactive and strategic conversations that result in timely data-driven decisions.
We're looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our Business leaders, Talent leaders and teams.
Work you'll do
Over the next two years, you will lead a team in delivering new One Model storyboards (reports and dashboards) to users across the Deloitte businesses and the Talent organization. You will manage client relationships with senior business and talent leaders, ensure storyboard design provides insights aligned with business priorities, deliver key messages for driving change in how talent and the business utilize talent data, and negotiate priorities across the businesses. Longer-term, this role will be responsible for overseeing a team delivering enhanced storyboards and continuing to advance and evolve the way the Deloitte US Firm accesses and utilizes talent data.
Engage with leaders across the Deloitte US firm to understand key business decisions being made about Deloitte's workforce and identifying the insights and data needed to inform those decisions.
Lead the thinking in how the complex, varying businesses across the Firm can leverage common storyboards with data and insights that inform key decisions across the talent lifecycle.
Negotiate priorities across the businesses and talent teams to ensure storyboards are delivering value to a critical mass of users and addressing the Firm's top talent and workforce priorities.
Oversee the team of visualization SMEs and business systems analysts (BSAs) in conducting requirements gathering sessions, design of mock-ups, and build of storyboards to ensure users' needs are captured and storyboards style guide standards are upheld.
Coordinate with the organizational change management (OCM) team, user experience (UX) team, and talent data security SMEs as needed.
Partner with the One Model product leader and PMO to design wholistic solutions for users, including new processes, system functionality, and service delivery aligned to the One Model and Talent Transformation visions.
Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 10 years of related experience
Experience across multiple areas of Talent, familiar with common business problems that business leaders and Talent teams need to solve utilize talent data
Collaborative working style to successfully partner across workstreams, comfortable leading team of SMEs (the lead does not need technical experience in One Model or deep data expertise), interest and passion for talent data
Strong strategic and critical thinking to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes; see commonalities and make connections across different user groups and data sources; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture
Outstanding consultative approach towards clients that build relationships with senior leaders across the Firm with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus
Experience leading people/teams and a demonstrated commitment to people development
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
Proven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing, succinctly and with impact
Strong problem-solver with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad set of clients from across the business, spanning multiple levels.
Strong executive presence and experience interacting with senior leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel mandatory)

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado and Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $139,190 to $256,330.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
