The Portfolio Marketing Strategist for the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Treasurer will work directly with business leaders to strategize, plan, and oversee marketing activities, develop and implement new marketing strategies and approaches and will use sophisticated data-driven approaches and operational metrics to drive buyer engagement and business growth In this role you will build the best-in-class marketing strategy, aligned to business goals, that provide a clear return-on-investment. You will utilize innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches leveraging the full capabilities of Deloitte's Marketing Excellence organization, to maximize market reach, return on investment, and impact for the business.
What you'll do
Bring a deep understanding of the CFO, Controller, and Treasurer buyer personas
Serve as a strategic and innovative marketing visionary to mastermind the marketing efforts of the buyer persona
Integrate marketing efforts and business collaboration by acting as the connection point across Marketing Excellence, internal communications, sales, public relations, global marketing, and the Commercial Office.
Define metrics and KPIs to assess marketing success, activity and channel levels to inform future strategy and tactics.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, B2B professional services marketing with the ability to implement, drive and manage the overarching buyer persona marketing strategy, messaging, and campaigns
Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field
Experience in leading Marketing through business transformations, developing, managing, and leading teams
Experience in managing business operations including budgets and reporting
A strong executive presence
Confident presentation skills
Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
An innovative mindset that can think strategically
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills - able to expertly position and tell compelling stories around our offerings and influence both internal and external audiences
Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
