Deloitte HRST - Lead Insights Strategist - Talent Experience in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania
The Deloitte US Firm Talent organization is looking for a Talent Experience Insights Strategist (CL4). This high impact role sits at the unique intersection of the US Talent Experience Team, People Analytics & Reporting, and our human-centered design work. The Insights Strategist is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy to socialize and operationalize Talent Experience insights. The Insights Strategist will work with the Insights Lead to differentiate our organization to define what questions we need to ask to understand our employees' lived experiences, aligning these questions to the right data to quantify our ambitions and evolving the outputs into actionable insights.

The successful candidate willbe a strategic collaborator and trusted advisorto cross functional partners while thinking about Deloitte's #1 operating priority, Talent,anddriving day-to-day oversight, socialization and operationalization of keyinsights.
Work you'll do
Interpret quantitative data insights from multiple sources (i.e. sentiment analysis, external brand index studies, engagement surveys, etc.) to inform recommendations and impact
Interpret and leverage qualitative data insights from multiple sources (i.e., focus groups, Talent Experience Network, Talent Pulse Surveys, PAR research, etc.) to recognize patterns and themes and help us identify what's working / not working across the talent experience lifecycle
Utilize design thinking/human-centered design techniques (e.g. personas, journey/experience mapping) to conduct research and tomake actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement
Build collaborative partnerships with Talent People Analytics & Reporting team and other Talent COE teams to further develop insights and concepts
Engage with business stakeholders (e.g., Lead Talent Directors, Talent Survey Champions, Talent Experience Network) to deliver insights and action against results
Support executive stakeholder engagement with firm Talent and business leaders, including development of presentations and facilitated sessions
Brainstorm agile and innovative business practices to gather unique insights across the US Firm using best-in-class methodology and thought leadership
Support activation of the new sensing and measurement capability (e.g., Talent Experience dashboard, beacon metrics, external scanning tool)
The Talent Leadership Team and the US Firm Executive Board see the eminent and urgent need to focus on the experience of our people to attract and retain the talent we need to activate our Firm Strategy. In this light, we have created a new Talent Experience team, solely focused on the experience of our people, deep data insights, and how we share our success and brand in the marketplace and internally.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in supporting talent initiatives, project management, or business management roles
Strong knowledge of workforce analytics and metrics and ability to synthesize data insights into action to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and drive improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment and ability to innovate quickly
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills with the proven ability to work across organizational silos to drive outcomes
Knowledge of human-centered design, workforce experience, quantitative and qualitative research and test methods, change management, employee engagement, and strategic communication disciplines.
Ability to craft strategies based on high-level objectives and business outcomes
Ability to bring insights to life in creative ways - summarize insights and clearly communicate in a cohesive story
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Background in customer experience, marketing
Degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development; certificate in Organizational Design
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,000 to $140,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
