Requirements Gathering: Work closely with public sector clients to understand their unique business requirements related to the Order to Cash cycle. Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed functional specifications.
Solution Design: Design and architect Oracle-based solutions that align with best practices and meet the specific needs of public sector clients. Ensure the proposed solutions comply with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the public sector.
Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle applications, including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, and Revenue Management, to meet the documented requirements. If needed, collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate the accuracy and functionality of the implemented solutions.
Training and Documentation: Prepare and deliver training sessions for end-users and project stakeholders. Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and functional specifications.
Project Leadership: Lead a team of consultants and analysts to deliver successful Oracle implementations within the public sector. Provide guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to junior team members.
Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot any issues during the implementation phase and post-implementation support. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to resolve challenges effectively.
Change Management: Assist in managing the change process by anticipating potential roadblocks and assisting in the development of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of Oracle solutions.
Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Oracle updates, and best practices related to the public sector. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 7 years of functional experience with full life cycle EBS Implementations
4+ years of Consulting experience within the Public Sector
Strong expertise in Oracle applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite with specific knowledge in multiple Federal Finance Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA & CM).
Prior experience working on projects within the public sector, such as government agencies or public organizations, is highly desirable.
Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle implementations from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a clearance for this role
Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
