Visual Design Senior Consultant

Location: Chicago, New York

Doblin Deloitte is looking for skilled designers to join our growing team. The Visual Design Senior Consultant directs the overall synthesis and design direction for new offerings or businesses as part of Doblin innovation and digital delivery teams. Core work includes defining and visualizing strategic options as well as new products, services and digital solutions.

What You ll Do

-{PS..0}-> -{PS..1}->Engage client stakeholders and internal teams through the process of exploring new business opportunities

-{PS..2}-> -{PS..3}->Define the visual direction for of new offerings and businesses

-{PS..4}-> -{PS..5}->Interpret and communicate diverse user, market and organizational inputs and their implications for new offerings

-{PS..6}-> -{PS..7}->Define prototyping requirements and designing visual prototypes

-{PS..8}-> -{PS..9}->Provide feedback, support and mentorship to more junior design team members

-{PS..10}-> -{PS..11}->Represent the design discipline and its value to non-designers internally and at client organizations

-{PS..12}-> -{PS..13}->Demonstrate your passion and curiosity for learning about the world, human behavior, and the motivations that lie beneath the surface to create solutions that fit into people s lives

-{PS..14}-> -{PS..15}->Work directly with clients using compelling written and spoken communication

-{PS..16}-> -{PS..17}->Collaborate and work on teams

Required Qualifications

-{PS..18}-> -{PS..19}->Master s degree in process or completed in these related areas of study:

Design, Design Strategy, Human Centered Design

-{PS..20}-> -{PS..21}->Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)

-{PS..22}-> -{PS..23}->Ability to travel 40 - 50%
