The Marketing Technology & Insights (MT&I) practice aligns talent, operating models, and the latest marketing technologies with data and analytics tools to enable effective customer experiences and improve business agility and results. As a member of the Adobe Alliance within MT&I, you will be part of a collaborative team of passionate marketing technology experts who are working at the forefront of innovation in the Adobe Experience Cloud.
Work you'll do
As a Marketo Marketing Manager, you will bring considerable functional, technical, and operational expertise to deliver world-class marketing technology solutions and leading B2B practices to clients operating in the Adobe Experience Cloud. You will be part of a dynamic leadership team responsible for driving strategic transformation programs to clients across multiple industries. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions using B2B marketing technology from the Adobe ecosystem
Lead strategic advisory and assessment work in the space of B2B Marketing Technology and Operations
Lead engagement, resource, and budget planning
Mobilize and manage engagement teams, and establish project structure and governance
Drive completion of deliverables while directing on-time, quality delivery of work
Coach team members, helping staff grow to potential
Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
Manage internal, client, and partner stakeholders, including C-level executives
Manage engagement economics, risk, and day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Lead business development initiatives including selling to C-level executives
Manage internal and external escalations
Support business development including RFP, SOW, sales cycles, pricing models, etc.
Four-Year Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience
Experience as lead or supervising teams and technology engagements (either on- or off-shore) including client and consulting staff
Hands-on platform experience with Adobe Marketo
Experience with multiple types of marketing technology and strategies including marketing automation, marketing resource management, customer data platforms, and web content platforms
Experience with and knowledge of Account-Based Marketing
Experience leading full-lifecycle marketing technology implementations and/or implementing integrated marketing solutions
Understanding B2B and/or B2C customer life cycles and journeys
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Scrum derivatives
Experience selling to C-level executives and other business development activities
Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Potential expected travel up to 30% (Deloitte follows a hybrid travel policy, minimizing travel based on client project requirements).
Marketo certification (MCE or MCSA)
Experience leading global enterprise-level marketing automation platform implementations
Technology architecture or marketing operations background
Experience delivering marketing technology solutions in a consulting or professional services setting
Knowledge of CRM and Service Clouds from MS or Salesforce
Knowledge of CDP, such as Adobe Real-time CDP
Experience with sales operations and transformation
