As a Technical Architect in the HR Strategy and Solution (HRSS) practice, you will work alongside the HRSS Digital Solutions practice, our Developers, UX Designers and Strategy thinkers, cracking problems with a mix of technical expertise and innovative thinking across the clients overall digital enterprise infrastructure. You will act as a catalyst for change and lead an IT transformation team that will grow and thrive by challenging accepted IT practices and the status quo.
Work you'll do
Lead / oversee the execution of technical activities by working with various Product Owners to identify/coordinate what is needed to achieve target outcome
Lead technical conversations across product teams and define technical feasibility of the work outcomes
Perform current state technical ecosystem assessments
Assist in Tech capability mapping for agreed work outcomes
Ensure the right technology and/or tools are utilized to deliver the technical outputs
Assist in validating / sizing work outcome user stories
Map the organization's ecosystem of technology capabilities to enable the value flow
Encourage continuous improvement and maintain high performing teams
Encourage team collaboration and help developers work through issues
Facilitate delivery using the Scrum framework; ensuring that Scrum is understood and followed
Create an environment in which the team is effective by ensuring value is delivered to stakeholders
Maintain a good relationship between the team and Product Owner, as well as others outside the team
10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture
5+ years of experience in Cloud infrastructure
External Consulting Experience
Background working across the full IT Architecture infrastructure
