Deloitte Digital is building a new AI-driven programmatic advertising platform (AI Ad Practice) to further our mission of being the digital transformation market leader. Core to the AI-driven programmatic platform is Blab s Predictive Social Intelligence leveraging Magnetic s Force DSP and Live Audience solutions. Blab s multi-patented technology allows brands to identify conversational patterns and predict with high accuracy (70% ) the conversation growth trends up to 72hrs into the future. Magnetic brings a world-class audience behavior modeling solution & programmatic infrastructure to support a global footprint. Our practice goal is to discover audiences, increase engagement, and acquire new customers the front-end to Deloitte s AI-driven Customer Experience Platform.

Primary Blab Predictive Intelligence Use Cases:
Identify and construct contextual segments that are predicted to trend in relevancy
Create & Optimize creative content from trending and predictive conversational patterns
Combine predictive keyword trends with rich, audience behavioral & browsing data to create targetable audience segments that indicate higher future intent
Create user cluster scores for CRM and remarketing campaigns from live social conversations
Future Use Cases
o Leverage conversational discovery and predictions to create real programmatic creative content
o Launch Deloitte s PMP to improve engagement in a safe premium environment

What you ll do
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be a key leader in Deloitte Digital s AI Ad Practice solutions team. You will be responsible for refining our current GTM offerings and defining future use cases for both business and technical users. You will be a technical product leader with deep experience in programmatic and paid social and deft at communicating the solution s value to both clients and internal stakeholders. You have a POV on the current programmatic solution landscape and a vision on where you want to lead it. You are well versed in media attribution, its limitation and why it is ever-more important for brands today. You approach each client engagement with motivation to improve and optimize the experience and success for the future. You embrace the daily conversations across a remote team of software developers,
data scientists, client strategists, Deloitte leadership and clients. You will need to embrace ambiguity and dynamic environments, be a problem solver and provide leadership throughout the team and clients.
Own the product development lifecycle
Create software briefs, evaluate work, resolve errors/issues and seek continuous optimization
Define partnership strategy and ensure optimum integration capability
Optimize the platform for scalable success for our clients and team
Be a solution and team evangelizer both internally and externally

BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Economics
Technically minded with business vision
8 - 10 years in ad tech product development; equivalent experience as a technical account manager or technical strategist
Well respected amongst key ad tech partners
Excellent written and verbal skills for team collaboration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystem
Strong experience and domain expert on technical capabilities and use cases within:
Programmatic campaign setup and execution
Ad Servers: Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek, Flashtalking
DSPs: Google DV360(Bid Manager), TheTradeDesk, MediaMath, Amazon
Social Advertising Platforms: Facebook, Twitter
Analytic tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
Audience/Customer management: DMP & CRM solutions
Programmatic transaction types: RTB Open Exchange, Private Marketplace, Guarantees
Campaign strategies: Audience/Behavioral segments, Contextual(keyword), First vs Third party
Creative: dynamic creative (feed based)
Knowledge of a variety of computer science tools and techniques, such as:
Familiarity with data management platforms, ad serving architecture and capabilities, demand side platforms, publisher yield management and media performance measurement & attribution
Machine learning and Big Data concepts and practices; Notably, NLP and clustering algorithms
Architecture for high volume in-memory search
Architecture for scale in real-time environments
Multi-processing and distributed computation
Python, MongoDB, Linux, and AWS
