We prioritize creative thinking and take pride in what we do. We re growing our search practice and are seeking an SEM Supervisor in our NY or SF office.

What you'll do

The SEM Supervisor will play a key role in leading multiple workstreams related to developing effective strategies that deliver on client objectives. They ll manage project delivery, including strategic development, execution and reporting. SEM Supervisors will manage fluency with all paid search products, including Product Listing Ad s, Dynamic Serach Ads and Remarketing. In addition, they ll support integration with organic search teams for paid and organic overlap strategy, including efficiency plays and earned site transition. The SEM Supervisor must show composure under pressure, be solution-orientated, and be a collaborative partner to fellow Heaters and clients alike.


5 years of full-time agency or other client-facing SEM experience preferred

Experience leading paid search projects and/or ongoing paid search accounts

Experience with account strategy

Certified in Google Adwords, Gemini, and Bing Ads

Experience with Kenshoo and/or Marin, web analytics including major tools like Site Catalyst and Google Analytics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills:

Comfortable interacting regularly with both subject matter experts as well as business owners of all organizational levels, presenting complex information in a way that is easy to understand, and tailoring it to different audiences, including client and Deloitte leadership (e.g., present clear business choices or actionable steps, rather than a technical breakdown of the problem)

Collaborative working style to build relationships

Strong project management skills

Ability to triage and prioritize many competing needs, monitor and maintain momentum on a number of concurrent projects for numerous stakeholders

Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and present formal recommendations to leaders using PowerPoint and/or MS Excel


Bachelor s Degree

Experience pitching a plus

SEO proficiency a plus

Ability to work in a matrixed organization; experience in large corporate setting a plus

Ability to offer and defend solutions to business problems based on experience and best practices

Ability to lead training sessions or instructive meetings with diverse groups

Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced agency culture, with the flexibility to change gears for different clients

Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel required
