Sales & Pursuit Excellence Innovation Manager

Work you ll do
Work with business and technology leaders to design, manage, and implement solutions that help us differentiate our sales collateral.
Manage a portfolio of sales collateral projects, using a wide variety of technologies
Work with vendors to develop solutions in a timely manner
Work with our legal team to negotiate contracts
Coordinate demos and prototypes to support live roadshow events for industry and firm leadership
Digitize sales tools utilized in the sales life cycle, including the development of apps that update value maps and 3D environments across Industries
Manage development of productivity tools, including upgrading of firm toolbars across PPT and XLS
Oversee Augmented Reality and multi-media development and production
Learn about new technologies and propose solutions to sales challenges
Deloitte Consulting LLP s Sales & Pursuit Excellence (S&PE) team helps Consulting leaders generate sales leads, respond to sales opportunities, and solve client problems. The Innovation group within S&PE supports the creation and delivery of cutting-edge sales and marketing experiences to make our proposals and orals presentations memorable. We manage a wide portfolio of unique technologies and solutions, work with vendors across the globe, and constantly re-imagine what the sales life cycle can be.
Familiarity with project management fundamentals, including the development of trackers, coordinating status, and highlighting current and anticipated risks and issues
Ability to develop strategy decks and status reports
Creative approach to problem solving and the ability to anticipate issues
3-5 years in client service, with experience across large program delivery and/or web development
Familiarity with the principles of the development lifecycle
Understanding of basic UI design principles
Background in web design and/or programming is preferred
Ability to participate in phone calls at odd hours, due to coordination of global vendors
Ability to travel 50%
