About the team

As part of the ConvergeHEALTH team, you will work with heath care (life sciences) clients, the product teams, and the Deloitte sales teams. Through your client-facing efforts, you toe the line between client needs and product capabilities. You will work closely with the Deloitte market offering leaders to lead enablement efforts to expand the reach of the ConvergeHEALTH product portfolio. You will also work closely with the product teams to ensure that client feedback shapes the future roadmap.

Work You'll Do:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to clients and internal stakeholders, to evoke confidence in ConvergeHEALTH's technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Sales Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. The Sales Engineer will work across different product offerings (Connect Suite, Connected Patient Hub, Miner, etc...) to help our clients find the best Solutions for their business.


  • Understand the client's needs, and establish ConvergeHEALTH's product as the best solution that solves the client's challenges

  • Build and present customized demos of ConvergeHEALTH products

  • Convey deep understanding of the customer's technology as it pertains to ConvergeHEALTH's solutions

  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position

  • Create standardized pursuit and sales material library to accelerate proposals

  • Participate in discovery sessions with clients to understand/identify pain points as a basis to build an innovative solution based on the ConvergeHEALTH product portfolio.

  • Communicate client needs to sales and product leadership

What You'll Bring to the Table



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent field.

  • Ability to work with complex business requirements and translating them into the design of solutions, including multi product demos, user story creation, business rules, etc.

  • Previous experience in fast-paced sales role for software, analytics and/or SaaS-based products.

  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with offshore teams.

  • Experience in Life Science or Healthcare solutions preferred.

  • Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence.

  • Highly self-motivated, passionate team-oriented individual.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
