Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager within our Rewards & Well-Being team you will:
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships
Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process
Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team
Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships
Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process
Lead project teams through the implementation of technology solutions to solve some of our clients biggest needs
Work with clients to address data gaps
Modernize business processes to better meet demands

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
12 years of relevant consulting experience
8 years in a technical or functional leadership role
8 years of Rewards Delivery experience
8 years of retirement plan experience (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit)
8 years of experience in implementing rewards technology solutions, including experience with requirements gathering, project management, process redesign, and testing,
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Willingness to travel at least 50%
Preferred:
8 years of retirement plan experience (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit) with more than one provider organization
8 years of Rewards Delivery experience with more than one provider organization
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills and decision-making abilities
Experience managing senior-level client relationships
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Successful marketing ability in selling services to prospects and existing clients
Experience understanding trends in the marketplace
Ability to work in a team environment sharing ideas and working collaboratively
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient PowerPoint and Word Skills
Visio, Access, and Microsoft project a plus
