Work you ll doAs a Deloitte Consulting Retirement Provider Consultant in the Rewards practice of Deloitte s Human Capital group, you will help Retirement Service Providers gain competitive advantages and differentiate themselves in the areas of business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, and business operations. You will also work in conjunction with other practitioners to on the following:Analyzing and benchmarking client s existing products and services for market competitiveness, strengths, deficiencies and gapsDevelop differentiation strategies and improvement recommendationsTrain clients on marketplace trends including conducting market research studies and developing white papersDevelop strategies for providers to increase their competitiveness through differentiation of products, processes, and/or servicesDevelop products and services for providersResearch marketplace to support project deliverablesCreate detailed client deliverables that support findings and recommendationsAbility to reach out to Retirement Services network to gather trends The teamA part of Deloitte Consulting LLP, our Human Capital professionals work closely with clients around the world to develop effective and efficient people-centered solutions. In addition to applying these skills in traditional settings, our consultants provide advisory services related to these issues in mergers and acquisitions, governance and risk management, enterprise cost reduction efforts, and other transformational business initiatives. Qualifications Required:Bachelor s degree 2 year of experience in the retirement plan industryUp to 80% travel required Preferred:2 years of retirement plan experience (DC, DB, NQ), preferably with more than one provider organizationSuccessful marketing ability in selling services to prospects and existing clientsHas an understanding of trends in the Retirement Services MarketplaceAbility to work in a team environment sharing ideas and working collaborativelyStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficient PowerPoint and Word skillsVisio, Access, and Microsoft project a plus How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
