Marketing Growth Leader

Position Summary

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Leader with deep technical marketing knowledge to help optimize the entire funnel and drive growth-from the first digital contact with potential customers to enduring client relationships.

Work you'll do

Strategy & Process Innovation and Optimization

  • Create innovative marketing strategies that build compelling user experiences that lead to successful launches of large, complex initiatives.

  • Tailor solutions to the business requirements and needs of our various stakeholder groups

  • Bring together strategic, creative, and technical skills to help understand how innovation and digital capabilities can help transform our business for the better

  • Collaborate and partner with internal teams (Strategic Marketing, Demand Gen MarTech, CRM, Sales) to drive marketing initiatives and experiments

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer's journey

  • Seek out industry best practices, experiment with new approaches and tools, and be disciplined and analytical in measuring and sharing results

    Technology and Innovation

  • Partner with Technology CoE on technology implementation and execution, including business requirements gathering to define technical architecture for customer experience and marketing data solutions

  • Evaluate technology platforms that enable user-centric experiences for customers, and insight-led strategies internally

  • Engage in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning

  • Propose designed solutions to technical and business teams

  • Partner with CRM CoE on optimal CRM experience and change management needs to ensure consistent CRM usage for a single view of our contacts and leads

    Performance Measurement and Analytics

  • Measure and track behaviors using a variety of tools. Provide detailed reporting on the impact of your growth marketing efforts.

  • Decipher and transform marketing analytics and customer insights into new customer experiences, business strategies and competitive advantage

  • Demonstrated ability to ideate and lead technical envisioning while balancing business drivers and requirements to help demonstrate measurable business growth

  • Collect and synthesize data to inform clients of actionable recommendations

    Team and Resource Management

  • Manage requests for additional resources

  • Cultivate a spirit of fun and growth amongst your peers across teams

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation/performance marketing

  • Experience across a broad range of digital/commerce technologies and platforms across Web Solutions, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Portals, Content and Cloud

  • Understanding of various Martech/Adtech tools (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google, Facebook, and similar) and how to integrate technologies into data management solutions

  • Experience with growth and lifecycle management strategies with knowledge of marketing automation techniques and email marketing best practices as well as SEO/ SEM

  • Highly analytical with a proven ability to work with data to find areas of improvement across complete marketing funnel

  • Current on data and privacy compliancy and next gen Performance Advertising strategies and tactics

  • Strong skills in funnel analysis and performance reporting help develop accountability across teams

  • Understanding and experience working with customer data and how to define uses for this data to enable business goals

  • Strong generalist who sees the big picture and delegate accordingly

  • Strong track record of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to produce high-quality output under tight deadlines, with minimal guidance

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and unparalleled prioritization skills

  • Collaborative with peers and mentor to team members

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing or related field

  • Travel of up to 15% (While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications

  • Marketing Automation

  • DMPs (Blue Kai, Rocket Fuel, Trade Desk etc.)

  • DSPs (Adobe Media Optimizer, DoubleClick, Media Math)

  • Strong communication skills (interactions with executive leaders and sponsors)

  • Understanding of data integration and API methodologies and tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Custom API, Segment, Tealium, Airflow, and similar)

  • Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Web Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends)

  • Understanding and experience with Sales Engagement tools (Outreach.io, Sales Loft, Salesforce High-Velocity Sales)

  • Understanding of advanced analytics\machine learning concepts\use cases and how to apply this technology to customer experience & marketing solutions (predictive modeling, recommendation personalization, channel optimization)
