Managed Services and Products Delivery Learning & Development Senior Manager

Work you ll do

Delivery Learning & Development Senior Managerwill support the professional development needs of our world class professionals. The successful candidate will be driven and passionate about operational training and development. This position enjoys significant visibility with the opportunity to make a profound impact on our bottom line.

  • Collaborate with operations and solution teams, business partners and leadership to assess and identify learning paths, training needs and determine priorities

  • Develop on-boarding learning programs and materials based on identified needs and priorities

  • Develop solution specific learning programs and materials based on identified needs and priorities

  • Deliver high-impact training in live classroom and virtual settings

  • Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver training programs: create communications, oversee translation of training materials, monitor registration, room reservation, materials and equipment coordination, manage catering, etc.

  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs including on-the-job application of skills learned, employee engagement, etc.

  • Analyze relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods

  • Research and recommend top quality external vendors for identified training

  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in the learning & development field

  • Measure effectiveness of training programs, develop reports and comprehensive programs that increase adoption and usage of best practices and tools

  • Identify, document and roll-out system usability enhancements to improve sales effectiveness

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) to develop content; organize and refine to ensure learning outcomes are met

  • Communicate frequently and effectively with leadership to ensure goals are being met and that programs are well attended and effective

  • Report and measure on the effectiveness of learning programs across Market Offerings providing accountability and visibility for learning to operational leadership


  • Master s degree and 10 years of experience in a relevant training role preferred

  • 2-5 years of effectively building and delivering complex training programs

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales organization working with

  • A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives

  • A passion for training and enablement

  • Collaborative team player

  • Deep interest in technology and understanding of how technology can be applied to solve business problems

  • A self-starter who possesses a sense of urgency and displays a keen sense of accomplishment within a timeline-driven environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to describe, educate, and persuade

  • Interpersonal communication and presentation skills

  • Coaching skills are a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes
