Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Customer Strategy & Applied Design in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Develop recommendations for improving clients organization to address existing pain-points related to growth and marketing, marketing analytics and operations, and customer experience and service. Manage large, complex projects that identify, design, and deliver customer and marketing-anchored change and growth in client businesses. Assist clients in making strategic decisions and implement business improvements in areas such as customer strategy, marketing strategy, and customer relationships. Lead stakeholder interviews with top executives and senior management. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Benchmark processes against best practice for clients in the consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, and retail industries. Analyze issues and conduct analyses to determine the risks and feasibility associated with strategic and operational decisions. Perform primary and secondary market research from conducting interviews with customers, clients, and focus groups to evaluating financial market data using Bloomberg, Factiva and Forrester to obtain insights and drive stakeholder alignment. Analyze financial and economic data for clients to perform cost-benefit and revenue analyses to identify opportunities and challenges for clients. Understand business needs, conceptualize scope of work for prospective clients, and contribute to wider business development activities. Develop implementation roadmaps for gaps identified in clients business processes and operations. Produce and contribute to deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Tableau. Develop stakeholder communications on project progress, risks, and budget management.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering (any), or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, Consultant, or a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Analyzing issues and conducting analyses to determine the risks and feasibility associated with strategic and operational decisions;

In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

80% travel required.
