M&A Due Diligence Sr Solution Specialist - USDC

Work you ll do
Significant portion of time will be spent performing and/or reviewing calculations related to due diligence analyses quantifying various transaction risks and opportunities
Build and maintain work plans, coordinate data requests and keep track of outstanding follow-up items
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, working 3-10 hours per week on each project, with projects taking 4-6 weeks to complete
Review and edit reports prepared by others on the team to ensure they are client-ready reports. Draft report sections and other client deliverables.
The Team - Human Resources Transformation
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Minimum of 4 years of consulting and/or industry experience
Experience with M&A
Experience in HR or financial analysis
Excellent quantitative skills
Excellent Excel skills
Strong writing and editing skills
Detailed / Process Oriented
Highly organized / able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Up to 20% annual travel required
This role requires relocation to Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA
Bachelor s Degree
Actuarial skills are a plus
