Work you ll do
As a Learning Solutions Senior Manager within the Workforce Transformation practice, you will focus on increasing the business impact and optimizing the learning function by increasing the learner centricity and experience of learning; increasing the efficiency of operations, effectiveness of learning programs, and alignment of learning with business strategy. In this role, you will lead multiple types of Digital Learning Experience and Learning Advisory projects, such as:
Learning Experience Design
Learning Curation Strategy & Execution
Digital Learning Strategy
Learning operations assessment and analysis.
Learning transformation strategy and roadmap development.
Learning organization and governance design.
Curriculum analysis, design, and rationalization.
Scope projects, including number and level of resources, duration, and cost.
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
Lead and/or support business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
Act in a mentoring capacity to develop, coach, and mentor staff.

Imagining and transforming the composition and capabilities of the workforce to match the needs of the future of work in this age of technology disruption
Delivering end-to-end transformations of workforce programs, services and processes to identify, build and incent to drive success of organizations and their workforces
Delivering solutions within each workforce domain: Branding & Acquisition; Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion
Minimum of 12 years learning-related experience in consulting or industry.
Minimum of 6 years external consulting experience within a firm environment.
Minimum of 7 years experience leading learning advisory projects and teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel 80-100% of the time (4-5 days per week).
Prior Big 4 or other management consulting experience.
Experience in building a Practice and developing people.
Experience selling new business, including proposal writing.
Experience building eminence, including writing articles and presenting at conferences.
Experience implementing Cornerstone, SumTotal, Saba, and/or Success Factors LMS.
