Deloitte sEmerging ERP Solutions practice works closely with clients across a widespectrum of industries to identify and implement SaaS based Enterprise ResourcePlanning systems such as Infor ERP Cloud software. Our team s goal is todeliver transformational solutions optimized for our client s unique businessneeds.

Workyou'll do

SeniorManagers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in avariety of ways, including:

  • Engagement Management: Leadengagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; definedeliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions fromtop management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of workproducts; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk

  • Client Management: Manage day today interactions with executive clients and sponsors

  • Business Development: Developand maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and leadpursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal developmentprocess; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

  • Practice Development &Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop"thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate inpublic speaking events; get published in industry periodicals

  • People Development: Perform roleof counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process;actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provideleadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Qualifications

Infor SeniorManager arerequiredto have:

  • 10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • 4 years of experience overseeing multiple project teams

  • 4 years of experience in generating new client business

  • Aminimum of 2 full life cycle Infor or equivalent ERP implementations

  • Hands-onfunctional implementation experience

  • Willingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80-100% (Monday Thursday/Friday)

  • Willingnessto mentor junior staff

  • Knowledgeof the latest version of Infor CSF, M3, and/or LN

  • Abilityto engage and manage senior-level client relationships

  • Strongoral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio,MS PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor sDegree
