What you ll do
The Account Supervisorat Heat helps to shape and grow a variety of clients business. Responsible formanaging multiple client projects, the Account Supervisor should lead their respectiveprojects, be a trusted partner to the internal teams and clients, while effectivelymanaging the overall processes to ensure the highest quality work. The AccountSupervisor reports directly into the Account Director. In your role, you will:
Lead and overseeprojects within accounts in partnership with the Account Director and GroupAccount Director, and in partnership with the corresponding leads fromStrategy, Creative, Production, and Media while ensuring successful strategicplanning, creative development and execution across all projects.
Build expertise inclients business and function as an effective spokesperson for their businessneeds within the agency. Stay informed and personally involved, ensuring soundplanning, good service and a solid client/agency relationship.
Develop and managerelationships with mid-senior level clients on their accounts and become atrusted advisor and a go-to person for helping them with their business issues.
Maintain open andcomplete communications of client status and issues with functional agencyleaders. Keep Account Director/Group Account Director informed of the status ofprojects, problems, plans and meetings, and involve appropriate agencymanagement personnel at key times.
Manage and helpmentor respective account teams, including Account Executives, AssistantAccount Executives and Account Coordinators.
Comprehend and helpsell in the full talent and capabilities of the agencyin particular, the partnershipbetween Heat and Deloitte Digital.
Foster a teamenvironment across all agency departments and maintain a high level ofperformance by the account teams and other agency personnel.
Provide support tothe Director of Marketing on new business pitches as needed and directed.
Bachelor s Degree
5 years of solidaccount management experience at an advertising agency
Both digital andbroadcast production experience
Ability to travel upto 30%
Bachelor s Degree
Good problem-solving abilities
Experience in thefinancial services space is a plus
Polished communicator with good instincts
