Qualifications

Required:

  • 8 years of relevant consulting and Financial Services Industry

  • 2 years of experience leading and managing project teams

  • 5 ERP Project Implementations as a senior team member, team lead, or project manager

  • Experience in the full life cycle implementation of at least 3 Infor ERP projects (v10 or later)

  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training

  • Experience reporting to C-level client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams

  • Proficiency in multiple business processes including but not limited:

  • Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

  • Order-to-Cash (OTC)

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Fixed Asset Management (FA)

  • Budgeting

  • Cash Management

  • Grant Management

  • Expense Management

  • Willingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80 %Monday Thursday/Friday)

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred:

  • Experience implementing full life cycle Infor Cloud Suite implementation; Infor Financials or Infor Supply Chain

  • Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience (i.e.: NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Workday)

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization

  • Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes

  • Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation

  • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff

  • Committed to gaining exposure to health care, plan, or provider areas.

  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Ability to collaborate

Our ERP SaaS team focuses on implementing cloud based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Infor, and Zoura. This unique mix of technologies differentiate themselves from on-premise / cloud applications such as SAP and Oracle.
