About the team

We are seeking a EHR Solutions Lead to join our rapidly expanding ConvergeHEALTH Expert Services team to support our healthcare clients in building new connected care capabilities that deploy patient-centered, virtual care.

As part of the ConvergeHEALTH team, you will work with heath care clients, product teams, and the Deloitte sales teams. Through your efforts, you bridge the gap between client needs and product capabilities. You will work closely with the Deloitte Account teams offering to lead successful product delivery efforts of the ConvergeHEALTH product portfolio. You will also work closely with the product teams to ensure that client feedback shapes the future roadmap.

Work You'll Do:

  • Lead Groundbreaking Innovation - Work at the intersection of product and project, leading technology implementations serving on the vanguard of innovation, delivering virtual health related capabilities and solutions for major Provider and Payor Systems

  • Delivery Support - Advise client and Deloitte resources (Product Owners, Designers, Developers, Architects) on the implementation of ConvergeHEALTH TM products leveraging industry best practices around interoperability and integration with EMRs, and product knowledge including understanding of product APIs and other associated interfaces, integration and data requirements, architecture, workflows, and deployment methods. Identify and fill process and documentation gaps to allow Deloitte delivery teams to more efficiently implement ConvergeHEALTH TM

  • Client Facilitation - Work with clients to help facilitate key product demos and identify and design high value digital health applications supporting key patient services and healthcare use cases including defining integration requirements, integration architecture, and product and EMR data requirements.

  • Product Innovation Support - Work with the ConvergeHEALTH engineering teams to inform the product roadmap based on market needs, emerging trends and customer feedback

What You'll Bring to the Table

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or similar field of study.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • 4-7 years' experience working with a health plan and/or with Electronic Medical Record software (Epic, Cerner, etc)

  • Experience with HL7/FHIR resources and associated healthcare interface engines

  • Experience with leading Electronic Medical Record software (Epic, Cerner, etc)

  • Strong written ability for technical specifications and requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • High comfort level presenting to and interacting with cross-functional teams of both technical and non-technical staff at all organization levels

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Industry knowledge of quality programs, reporting, and business metrics preferred

  • Experience with statistical analysis, data management, or analytics preferred

  • Experience with data and analytics tools (e.g. SQL, LOGI, Google Analytics etc.) preferred

  • Self-motivated and proven leadership skills in past projects or initiatives

  • Ability to take on multiple projects, conduct webinar training/presentations at the same time and independently recognize areas for further improvement or focus

  • Flexibility with shifting priorities and ability to maintain a wide variety of responsibilities and workload

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without reminders

  • Ability to work with most demanding/complex customers

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn new industry initiatives

  • Travel up to 25%( While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Bonus:

  • Experience with Google Health Care API and/or common interface engines

  • Knowledge of common Hyperscaler technologies (e.g. Salesforce, GCP, AWS, Azure)

  • Understanding of AGILE product development
