Actuarial Summer Scholar Human Capital

Work You ll Do

We recognize that you haveunique skills, experiences, and interests, so we divide the broad scope of the SummerScholar role into skills-based segments in order to best align each SummerScholar with a focus area. The profiles function as subgroups that our SummerScholars leverage to network and enhance their professional development.Setting our people up for success is our highest priority. We are currentlyrecruiting Summer Scholars whose skills and interests align with the followingareas:

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->This Consultant builds financial &mathematical models that can improve organizational performance and helpclients make informed business decisions. This Consultant also advises clients on complex business problems byinterpreting large data sets using statisticalmethods to quantify risk

The Team

Our practitionerswill be able to maintain the specialization they have built to date in certainareas while also learning how it connects to broader issues in the market. Weare committed to continuously supporting our practitioners as they build skillsin either one specific part of our business or across the business ourPortfolio is structured to facilitate this learning. Qualifications

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Strongacademic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Ability toparticipate full-time for a 10-week internship (June to August 2020)

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Proficiencyinword processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well asInternet research tools
